- International Marketing VP
Responsibilities:
- According to the Group's business development strategy, develop and execute the international marketing strategy, objective and middle/short term business plans;
- Establish and develop the marketing teams and channels of CHIC, improve the management of marketing system;
- Support the CEO in formulating and adjusting policies and regulations, maintain and upgrade the marketing network;
- Responsible for supervising the International Marketing Dept., Product Dept. Marketing Strategy Dept. and Market Promotion Dept.
Qualifications:
- MBA degree holder;
- 8+ years of working experience with at least 2 year's experience as senior international marketing supervisor;
- Working experience in EU/US or Japan and familiar with the FMCG market in EU/US or Japan;
- Good team player with strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills;
- Excellent command of English or Japanese of business level.
- Market Manager for Europe/ North America/Japan
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferred in marketing & sales or business related major;
- At least 5 years hands on sales management experience in the market place, preferably in FMC marketing;
- Fluent in English/Japanese;
- Good Microsoft office;
- The European / North America / Japan business managers preferred.
